Terry Parham is a Managing Partner at Professional Risk Management – PRM.  Prior to joining PRM, Terry was a career Special Agent with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) spanning 30 years of domestic drug enforcement assignments as well as international posts of duty in South America serving as Country Attaché and Deputy Regional Director.  Terry subsequently was selected to the Senior Executive Service to lead DEA’s Executive Policy and Strategic Planning division.  Terry retired from government service in 2008.

After seven years as a Vice President and Contract Manager at Maximus Inc. overseeing a major government financial services contract, Terry joined PRM in 2015 as a corporate Partner to provide his business experience, program expertise and leadership on the awarded Department of Justice (DOJ) Asset Forfeiture Investigative Support Services (AFISS) contract, re-awarded to PRM in 2023.  Terry’s professionalism and continued success compliments our longstanding corporate strategic vision: To provide the best of financial services to our government clients.
