Jim Kibble is a retired law enforcement professional with approximately 27 years of federal law enforcement experience, and 25+ years of managerial expertise in the corporate sector with Professional Risk Management. Experience includes senior management positions with DEA, a unique four year detail assignment as a senior staff member at the Central Intelligence Agency, and previously serving as the DEA representative to the FBI’s Criminal Division. As a founding partner in PRM, Jim has been instrumental in expanding PRM to a multi-million dollar nationwide operation. PRM Senior Financial Investigators are presently an integral part of federal criminal investigations throughout the US supporting law enforcement. For the last twenty-five years he has served as PRM’s CFO and currently is PRM’s Managing Partner coordinating on a daily basis with PRM Partner and Contract Manager Terry Parham.
Throughout his law enforcement career, Jim supervised complex domestic and international narcotics and money laundering investigations. Jim was also a supervisor with DEA’s Operation Snowcap destroying cocaine laboratories and coordinating air and ground enforcement operations in the Upper Huallaga Valley (1989-90) in Peru’s jungle. Upon completion of that two year assignment he served for four years in the DEA Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR) supervising sensitive investigations of employee criminal misconduct.
Jim was subsequently selected for a senior level position within the Central Intelligence Agency where he initiated and directed several classified programs mandated by the Attorney General and the CIA Director. At the CIA, he coordinated that agency’s counter-narcotics efforts against international drug trafficking organizations. After retiring from the government he served as an instructor for the CIA for over 11 years and currently holds a USG security clearance. Additionally, he has served in overseas assignments in Europe and South America. Jim speaks Spanish, and has traveled extensively in an investigative and consulting capacity.
Post retirement, Jim also provided consulting services for 7 years to the Director of Corporate Security, Bridgestone Americas Holding Corp, Nashville, TN, and provided his law enforcement expertise on a variety of criminal and internal security issues. Jim had directed complex fraud investigations for Bridgestone that resulted in multi-million dollar civil judgments, as well as criminal prosecutions. Since 2004, Jim has been the lead investigator for Sher and Cummings PCC, a well known and respected law firm in Arlington, Virginia, handling civil and criminal investigations.
Jim is a 1971 graduate of St. Bonaventure University, he completed a number of USG specialized training courses and had the opportunity to train with the CIA, and the US Army’s Special Forces, completing the Jungle Operations Training Course (JOTC) in Panama.
From 2002 to 2005 Jim was a certified NFL Contract Advisor and co-founded, financed, and is the Chief Financial Officer for National Scouting Combine and Beyond Sports Network Foundation and 501(c)(3) Private Operating Foundation (www.nationalscoutingcombine.com). He has four adult children and eight grandchildren. Jim and Deborah, his wife of 50 years, reside in the Palm Beach, Florida area.
