Terry Parham is our newest Partner at Professional Risk Management – PRM. Starting in 1978 as a Northeastern University Co-Op Student, Terry dedicated his career to the world of federal law enforcement and proudly served as a Special Agent with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). His successful career at DEA has spanned 30 years of domestic enforcement assignments in New England, Florida, and Washington D.C., as well as international posts of duty in Argentina and Peru as Country Attaché. In 2007, he was selected to the Senior Executive Service ranks to lead DEA’s Executive Policy and Strategic Planning division, and retired from government service in 2008.
In August 2008, Terry was sought to join the leadership staff of MAXIMUS Federal Services, Inc. in Virginia as a Vice President. His primary federal contracting and business-development responsibilities included program management and oversight of the Department of Justice (DOJ) Professional Assistance Contract (PACS), a multi-year IDIQ providing financial investigative services and asset forfeiture expertise to several federal agencies, to include DEA. During his tenure at MAXIMUS, Terry routinely coordinated priority financial investigations support and services while leveraging his leadership skills to expand and develop various corporate projects throughout the United States and abroad.
Terry joined PRM in 2015 as a corporate Partner and Contract Manager to share his business insight, leadership and program management expertise on the newly awarded DOJ Asset Forfeiture Investigative Support Services (AFISS) contract. With PRM’s prime contract responsibilities, Terry’s exemplary program management capabilities and noted integrity promises to bolster PRM’s corporate team and strategic vision. Terry is a true “law enforcement professional” and is well-known and respected for his many years of government service and successful business attributes. The addition of Terry Parham has well-positioned PRM for the future and continues to provide the best of staff and services to our government clients.
Terry is a native of Boston, Massachusetts, raised in Brockton, and a graduate of Northeastern University, Boston, MA – College of Criminal Justice (1980). He resides with his wife of 30 years, Marie, in Waldorf, Maryland, follows Boston sports teams, and enjoys playing jazz piano with his own jazz band. His wife, along with their three children, Damien, Malea, and Andre are each accomplished in the world of art and music entertainment.
